The mind behind the
machine strategy

I'm Urvashi — based in Berlin, with a career built on one core belief: the right systems, driven by the right mindset, produce extraordinary results.

I was born and brought up in India, but I've been living in Europe long enough to carry both worlds inside me. That dual perspective is genuinely one of my greatest professional assets. From India, I bring jugaad — the art of finding a way, a creative workaround, a solution under pressure with whatever you have. From Germany and Europe, I bring structure, discipline, precision, and a commitment to quality. Together, they make me a natural bridge between East and West — in culture, in business, and in how I think.

I spent 15+ years in global business — leading AdTech operations at TVSMILES (2M+ users), managing platform growth at Verve Group, delivering complex projects at AppLift, and now serving as VP of Business & Growth at Ayushakti BV, one of the world's most respected Ayurvedic wellness brands.

After completing the AI Generalist Accelerator Programme by Outskill in May 2026, I made a decision: to blend my decade and a half of business operations expertise with AI — and use that combination to help businesses grow in ways they never thought possible without adding people or cost.

I was deeply inspired by Tony Robbins' principle that performance is pattern recognition — and I apply exactly that to AI: find the pattern, design the system, take the action.

Beyond business, I am someone who genuinely lives what I consult on. I love healthy living — yoga is part of my daily life, Ayurveda is not just a professional interest but a personal philosophy. I'm a total music paglu (if you know, you know), I love staying fit, and I am deeply spiritual. I believe in karma — what you put out into the world comes back. That belief shapes how I work, how I treat clients, and the standards I hold myself to.
